OMG! one more Terrorist attack in Somalia, kills 10 and counting

 

At least 10 people were killed in a terrorist attack on the Hyatt Hotel in Mogadishu, the Somalia capital. Armed assailants carried out this attack through car bombings. Several people seriously injured have been admitted to the hospital. Terrorists are still present inside the hotel. Security forces have surrounded the hotel.

The al-Shabaab group, affiliated with the international terrorist organization al-Qaeda, has claimed responsibility for the attack. According to eyewitnesses, the attackers detonated bombs in two cars and also opened fire. One car was detonated after hitting a barrier near the hotel and the other hitting the hotel gate. The sound of loud banging in both the cars caused panic.

Security officer Abduqadir Hassan says security forces have cordoned off the entire area after the attack on the Hyatt Hotel. Encounter is going on with the fighters of the terrorist group. The terrorists are still hiding inside the hotel. Meanwhile, al-Shabaab has claimed responsibility for the attack at the Hotel Hyatt. Al-Shabaab has been rebelling against the Somali government for nearly 15 years.
